Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
Guide customers in booking decoration, cakes, and gift services.
Maintain product knowledge to explain packages, pricing, and add-ons clearly.
Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Record customer requests, complaints, and feedback properly.
Provide quick and polite resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure quality and build long-term trust.
