Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sourcing and screening resumes as per current hiring requirements. Identifying relevant keywords and maintaining recruitment databases. Coordinating with candidates and managing documentation. Keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process. Building strong candidate relationships and acting as a point of contact. Counselling candidates through Knowledge Transfer Programs.

Eligibility:



Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent Graduate/Honours/Diploma. Fresher's are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:



Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research. Good communication skills in English (verbal & written). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Preference:



Male candidates preferred.

Duty &Working Day:



Shift:

Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM).

: Monday-Friday.
