About the Role:
We're looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team at. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing effective solutions through voice support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve queries and provide accurate information related to products, services, and transactions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
Adhere to company policies and quality parameters.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Undergraduate / Postgraduate (any stream).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer handling or service experience (Voice Process preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent command over English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Age Preferred: Below 35
Working Details:
Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational week-offs)
Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day (Rotational shifts, primarily Night Shifts as per business requirements)
