Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required in the International chat process on dual concurrency.

Interview Pattern: HR Round > Ops Round> Written Versant ( 58/80 ) > Chat Assessment

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer questions and requests via live chat in a professional and timely manner.

2. Offer accurate and detailed information about a company's products and services to help customers make informed decisions.

3. Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and reporting.

4. Strive to meet individual and team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹385,000.00 - ₹433,000.00 per month
