Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support
Education:
Must be a Graduate (B.Tech / BCA preferred)
Strong technical knowledge is a must

Excellent written communication
Knowledge of networking:
LAN / WAN / Ethernet / Internet
IOS Model
Copper & Fiber
Fiber Network Planning
Familiarity with:
Road Mapping Tools
GIS (Geographic Information System)
Tools for Network Planning
Responsibilities:
Handle international client queries via calls.
Assist in fiber layout & network planning using GIS tools
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet-related issues
Work closely with technical teams and maintain logs
