Job Timings:
Monday to Friday -- 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
(Saturdays & Sundays off)
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ?10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries.
Provide accurate information about services and resolve client issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
