Job Summary:

As a

Customer Service Associate

at PVR INOX, you will be the face of the cinema, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional movie-going experience. You will handle ticketing, concessions, guest queries, and auditorium management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent customer experience Handle ticket sales through POS systems and guide guests on show timings and seat availability Manage food and beverage counters, including order taking, preparation, and billing Address guest concerns or queries professionally and promptly Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, concessions, and auditorium areas Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed Guide guests to their seats and ensure smooth crowd management during peak hours Upsell combo offers, memberships, and other promotional deals Follow all company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (freshers welcome) Strong communication skills (English & regional language preferred) Customer-oriented with a friendly and helpful attitude Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a proactive approach
