Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate for our PVR INOX, who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience at our cinema. The role involves handling ticketing, assisting patrons, addressing queries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the theater.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle ticket sales, cancellations, and reservations efficiently. Provide information about movie schedules, promotions, and offers. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, ticket counters, and auditorium areas. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Basic computer skills (for ticketing systems) Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
