Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests at Box Office, Concessions, and Audi floors. Handle ticketing, food & beverage sales, and cash transactions accurately. Ensure smooth guest entry, seating, and overall cinema experience. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards as per SOPs. Address guest queries and resolve service concerns promptly. Support execution of promotions, events, and special screenings.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented approach. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
