Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients by calling leads provided by the company Provide ongoing support to existing clients regarding bookings, queries, and service updates Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups Assist walk-in customers with travel-related services Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly

Required Qualifications

Graduate preferred Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus) Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Skills

Experience in BPO or telesales Familiarity with offline sales and customer handling Prior exposure to travel or hospitality industry is a bonus
