About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle customer interactions across voice-based contact center operations. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (XII) or equivalent.
Experience & Skills


Suitable for contact center operations roles. Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory. Clear verbal communication and professional customer handling skills. Willingness to comply with employment verification and service provider policies.
