Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers visiting our website and assist them with product selection and order placement.
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, live chat, and email promptly and professionally.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and order status.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and marketing for smooth order processing.
Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system.
Learn and stay updated about new products, offers, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
0-1 year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or online sales (freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
