Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handling customer support for
US-based Telecom process
through voice calls during US business hours/shifts
Resolve customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
HSC or Graduation (Freshers are welcome).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Cluster 2 communicator).
Shift:
Willingness to work
US night shifts
.
Work Schedule:
5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
