Experience:

Minimum 1 - 2 years in customer service, customer interaction, or any customer facing role.

Industry:

Beauty, Skincare, Wellness Retail, Hospitality, E-commerce preferred.

?

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English. Previous experience working on Shopify, WhatsApp AP,I etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



?

Customer Communication:

Communicating with customers for all general queries on various platforms/socials, WhatsApp, calls, emails, and in person.

?

Technical Coordination:

Addressing and resolving technical skincare inquiries by coordinating with internal teams.

?

Order Management:

Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Support in creating draft orders.

?

Record Maintenance:

Maintaining customer records and ensuring personalized customer engagement.

?

Issue Resolution:

Logging and tracking customer service issues and errors, and following up until resolution.

?

Trend Reporting:

Aggregating and reporting on customer service trends quarterly to sales, technology, design, and merchandising teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
