Job Title: Tele Sales Associate

Location: Mumbai - Airoli (Work from Office)

Job Type: Permanent Hiring

Shift: 9.5 Hours, 5 Days a Week

Education: Any Graduate

Mandatory Certification: NISM XA & XB

Note: Non-NISM profiles can be considered if the candidate has experience in Tele-Sales and strong knowledge of Mutual Funds market/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to Banking & Mutual Funds products.

Promote and sell Mutual Fund & Insurance products as an advisor.

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Educate customers about financial products and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills:

Communication: Fluent in English (B1+) & Hindi.

Computer Skills: Typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy, Proficiency in MS Office & Internet Applications.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.

Sales Orientation: Open to performing advisory & sales responsibilities.

Certifications (Preferred):

XA NISM, XB NISM, Level VIII NISM, or VA (5A) NISM.
