Job Opening: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

Location: Mumbai (Western Line: Churchgate to Bhayander) / Airoli

Process: US Telecom (Inbound Voice)

Type: Full-time, International Voice Process (No chat)

Eligibility:

Education:
HSC + 6 months BPO experience
OR Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)
OR SSC + 3 years Diploma / HSC + 3 years Diploma
Age: 21-32 years
Skills:
Excellent English communication
Comfortable with night shifts (24x7 operations)
Marksheets & passing certificate mandatory
Salary & Benefits:

Salary (In-hand): ?18,150 + ?4,000 night shift allowance = ?22,150/month
CTC: ?20,100/month
Shifts:
US: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (9 hours)
Other shifts possible based on process (US/Australia/UK)
5 working days, 2 rotational weekly offs
Joining: Immediate (within 1-2 days)
Transport: Home pickup & drop (within transport boundaries)
