The Customer Service Associate\xe2\x80\x99s broad function is to support the Company\xe2\x80\x99s processes through professional on-phone communications, both to and from customers, on behalf of OnProcess Technology\xe2\x80\x99s clients. As a result of customer contact, updates to the Company database with all appropriate information, and supports all quality assurance efforts, and Program criteria are part of the function. The Customer Service Associate\xe2\x80\x99s attendance, dependability, and ability to be there to answer our customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests are critical to our success. They are the first point of contact.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to process orders of parts for domestic and/or international request in accordance with client policy and practice
Must have ability to coordinate and perform activities such as order entry, order acknowledgement, order revision and preparation of shipping documents
Must have the ability to receive customer requests and prepare documents related to processing returns servicing and exchanges
Should have the ability to update database with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory
Should be able to coordinate and perform activities associated with order tracking and customs clearance by working with transport carriers and client POC
Should have the ability to coordinate with suppliers for scheduling orders subject to critical delivery dates as required
Should have the familiarity with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education Requirements
High School or equivalent
