Job Description

Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations, and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services). Answer customers' questions about specific products/services. Inform customers about discounts and special offers. Cross-sell products. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing. Stay up to date with new products/services. Manage returns of merchandise. Provide customer feedback to the showroom manager & CRE. Online Sales Support. Ensure racks are fully stocked & neatly maintained. Staking, billing, fitting, were the daily routine works. Stay vigilant on social media and update respective managers about competitor activities. Participate on customer connect activities. Ensure presence on staff connect activities. Achieve sales targets on regular basis. To follow the company policies & also maintain discipline. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
