Role and Responsibilities
Assign tickets using Freshdesk.
Handle and prioritize tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with ASMs.
Maintain clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues promptly.
Provide customer details and support to warehouse personnel regarding orders and shipments.
Ensure smooth operations through accurate and efficient communication.
Handle calls and WhatsApp chats, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Send the CZAT survey through Zoho and call the client who has not answered the survey.
Project Trackers
Follow up on undelivered shipments to their respective courier partners
RTO shipments follow up
