Job Description

Answer customer emails/call professionally to provide information. Coordinate with customer and communicate effectively. Responsible for high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client. Work with management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies. Perform operational activities as and when required. o Ability to multitask and Willing to learn.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any related field. Minimum 1 + years of relevant work experience. (Experience in backend operations and Inbound calls.). Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel. Good communications skills with fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada and Telegu. Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC - Based on experience Working Days: 5 days working with rotational week off (Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon
