Answer customer emails/call professionally to provide information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum 1 + years of relevant work experience. (Experience in backend operations and Inbound calls.).
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel.
Good communications skills with fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada and Telegu.
Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC - Based on experience
Working Days: 5 days working with rotational week off (Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon
