Responsibilities (Kannada Must)
Set up and manage workflows for customer service.
Act as the first point of contact for user queries, grievances, and
feedback.
Funnel qualitative feedback to product and tech teams for continuous
improvement.
Maintain service quality by coordinating with supply partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
Analyze user complaints and proactively reduce recurring issues.
Help manage day-to-day order fulfillment for pooja and astrology
services.
Support onboarding, training, & nurturing of partners (e.g., pandits,
astrologers) to ensure consistency & quality in delivery.
Assist in acquiring new supply partners across service categories and
geographies based on demand (e.g., regional astrologers, temple
partners, or language-specific experts).
Track supply-side performance and help implement improvement
plans or corrective actions where needed.
Contribute to documentation and refinement of internal SOPs for both
user and supply operations.
