This role is based in

requires proficiency in speaking fluent Marathi or Hindi and the ability to address client concerns professionally while ensuring timely resolution of client queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your day-to-day will involve
Ensuring timely updates are provided to the clients on the status of the initiated cases.
Addressing and resolving any concerns, queries or challenges faced by our clients and legal team regarding ongoing Maharashtra cases.
Handling escalations calmly and professionally.
Managing inbound calls from clients with a proactive approach.
Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Following up with clients over email and phone call to secure necessary documents required for processing of cases.
We are looking for someone who
Has an excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Has good command of spoken Marathi or Hindi (proficiency in at least one is mandatory).
Has the ability to draft and respond to emails in a concise and clear manner.
Has the ability to handle client concerns and queries efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions.
Has prior experience in customer service, client coordination, or similar roles.
Loves working with software tools and MS Excel.
