Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and delivery timelines.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and update order/service status.
Coordinate with logistics, technical, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and service fulfillment.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Maintain service level standards (TAT, response time, etc.) and participate in quality audits.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the management for process improvement.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems, order management tools, or call center software.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
