Key Responsibilities:
Professionally manage inbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
Identify and resolve customer queries by providing accurate, timely information
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the internal system
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve unresolved issues
Maintain service quality standards and contribute to overall team performance
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in
both English and Hindi
(mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a customer-first approach
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be
based in Bangalore
or willing to relocate
