Your day-to-day will involve
Address and resolve any concerns, queries or challenges faced by our clients and legal team regarding ongoing cases.
Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
Manage inbound calls from clients with a proactive approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Having good command over English and Hindi (spoken) is mandatory.
Ability to handle client issues and complaints efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions.
Prior experience in customer service, client coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
Is a Graduate in any field.
Loves working with software tools and MS Excel.
