Job Description

Key Responsibility:-

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Both Fresher and Experience can apply. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage. Fluency in English and Hindi
