Education: +2, Diploma, or Graduation Freshers and Experienced candidates in any stream Job location: Ludhiana, Punjab Salary: 14-15K Full-time, Work from Office, Day Shifts

Mandatory skills:

Fluency in Hindi and Bengali with clear and polite communication. Strong listening and problem-solving skills for customer queries. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy. Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM and support tools. Multi-tasking ability to manage calls, chats, and emails efficiently. Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and systems.

Roles & responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers using prepared scripts to promote products or services. Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and company details. Ask targeted questions to identify customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Close sales or forward qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary. Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database. Process customer orders promptly and with high accuracy. Address customer grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation. Maintain organized records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Share valuable customer insights with the sales and marketing teams.
