What would you do? 1. 2+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain - Defined Contributions - Handling Third Party Administrative queries 2. Experience in TPA's management - providing services related to general query to their Groups, coordinating with internal business teams, escalation management, part of the team managing relationship with specific Third-Party Administrator, RM's You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
What are we looking for? 1. Managed day-to-day operational interaction with Third-Party Administrator, service providers and external/internal partners 2. Act as a primary point of contact for resolving operational issues, escalating matters where necessary, and ensuring timely resolution 3. Coordinating with internal processing teams to research the status of pending requests and communicating with the TPA's, RM's, DEVP's & Plan Sponsors/ Consultants 4. Strict adherence non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality 5. Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify root causes of misses in the process 6. Comply with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalate issues to the management. 7. Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. 8. Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. 9. Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from daily BAU 10. Support creation of standard operating procedures o Bachelor's degree o Experience in the US retirement industry o Open for evening shift o Good verbal & written communication skills o Good typing skill and attention to detail o Good time management skills o Ability to work independently
