Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers.
Meet or exceed call quality, service, and productivity standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and solution-focused experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
Prior experience in inbound customer service, call center, or related role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
