Job Title: Customer Service Associate -Business Information & LEI Services

Department: Business Information & LEI for leading Private Bank Clientele

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Service Associate, to service Private Bank clientele for Business Information solutions & Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) needs. The role involves managing key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and acting as the primary point of contact for all client servicing needs. Candidates with prior experience in client servicing within the BFSI sector will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with Private Bank clients for Business Information and LEI related services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of LEI issuance, renewals, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, product, and sales) to resolve client issues efficiently.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and account growth and revenue maximization.
Maintain accurate client records and MIS documentation.
Support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives in collaboration with sales teams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements relevant to BFSI clients. Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Account Management / Client Servicing within the BFSI sector is strongly preferred.
Exposure to Private Banks, Business Information services, compliance solutions, or LEI processes will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of client servicing, relationship management, and service delivery models.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting service-level expectations.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear and Effective Written Communication (Email)
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Language Requirements
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (any added language will be added advantage)
Education
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
