Customer Services Associate
to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Job Summary:
As a
Customer Services Associate
, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both telephonic and email queries. You will provide support, resolve issues, and guide customers through our platform. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable in handling a high volume of customer interactions, and will have a background in health insurance or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate information.
Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth usage of our products.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, answering queries, and following up as necessary.
Document customer interactions and feedback to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and customer service standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years in customer service or support roles, preferably in health insurance or healthcare.
Languages:
Proficiency in
English
and
Hindi
is required. Proficiency in at least one .
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Experience in managing telephonic and email-based customer support.
Proficiency in using customer support software/tools and MS Office.
Multilingual proficiency will be a significant advantage in serving diverse customers.
