We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative

to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours Provide accurate information about services and estimated time. Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating when necessary Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our MIS 360 Collaborate with other team members and shifts to ensure seamless service Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and procedural changes
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and active listening skills A calm, patient, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required) Comfortable working independently during later hours
Languages :

Well versed and efficient in speaking English, Punjab

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
