Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
Provide accurate information about services and estimated time.
Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating when necessary
Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our MIS 360
Collaborate with other team members and shifts to ensure seamless service
Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and procedural changes
