We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and provide suitable services and solutions. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in Excel. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of client issues. Prepare reports on client relationships, sales, and service feedback. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple clients effectively.

Requirement for Job:

Excellent English communication skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of empathy, patience, and customer focus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Excel. Candidate should be Female.
