Job Summary:
Join dynamic Customer Support team! As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing queries, issues, and complaints with empathy.
- Support & Resolution: Provide accurate product/service information, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Performance: Meet daily call targets, quality benchmarks, and contribute to improving customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to manage complex issues and enhance support processes.
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent spoken English, clear and friendly communication.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
