About the Role
This role is focused on
supporting our enrolled students throughout their learning journey
.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every student receives timely guidance, academic updates, and smooth assistance related to classes, LMS, exams, and university processes.
Additionally, through
student engagement and strong relationship building
, you will help connect new interested learners within their network.
Key Responsibilities -
Student Support & Assistance
Assist enrolled students with LMS login, portal usage, live classes, recordings, exam updates, and assignment status.
Provide fee reminders, academic timelines, and university notifications.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to resolve queries.
Maintain student progress updates and ensure a smooth learning experience.
Student Engagement & Rapport Building
Maintain healthy communication with students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Build long-term trusted relationships with students.
Collect feedback, suggestions, and satisfaction updates.
Networking & Recommendation Support
Engage with students to understand their career circle, colleagues, and professional network.
Share program awareness with interested contacts through student recommendations.
Pass on new interested learners to the admission support team for further process.
Required Skills
Strong communication in Hindi and basic English
Good relationship and trust-building ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and CRM handling
Patience, problem-solving attitude, and student-centric mindset
Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in student support, CRM, or EdTech preferred (not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
