Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns. Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Resolve customer complaints effectively within the given timelines. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate or resolve complex issues. Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer data. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (quality and quantity).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,050.59 per month
