We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Call Centre Executive to manage incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide exceptional support on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and address their queries efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while dealing with customers.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar inbound process role (freshers with good communication skills).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
