Agents will handle calls from customers, riders, and Flipkart (FK) sellers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of their concerns. All agents must fluently speak, write, and comprehend English and Hindi.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication in English.
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Graduation is mandatory for Flipkart seller support roles, while undergraduates may apply for other customer support roles.
FRESHERS TO to 1 year of documented experience in any customer service field (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or Counseling) is preferred.
Six days working with rotational off.
Immediate joining required.
Paid training - mandatory to clear certification post-training.
