Process-Wise Responsibilities (Quick Breakdown) Voice Process
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Maintain call control & clarity
Provide real-time support and solutions
Chat Process
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Respond quickly with accurate information
Use pre-defined templates when required
Email Process
Draft professional emails with correct grammar
Handle complaint mails & provide detailed resolutions
Maintain email TAT and avoid escalations
Blended Process (Voice + Chat + Email)
Switch between calling, chatting, and emailing smoothly
Maintain productivity across all three channels
International Process
Communicate with US/UK/AUS customers
Follow accent-neutral communication
Maintain high-quality standards & professionalism
Domestic Process
Communicate in English/Hindi/regional languages
Handle customer queries related to India-based services
Key Requirements
Good communication skills (English mandatory for some processes)
Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
Ability to handle pressure & multitask
Customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work shifts (if required)
