We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales
Executive
to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team for campaign execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing / call center is preferred (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate as per your need].
