Job Title: Customer Service Assistant



Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to provide exceptional support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels in a timely and professional manner.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.

3. Provide accurate and helpful information about products or services.

4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:



1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic knowledge of customer service principles.

5. Familiarity with customer service software.
