Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and handle queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Per day 200 calls
Maintain and update customer databases.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
12th Pass/Graduate.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English, regional language preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Prior tele-calling/back office experience preferred.
