Customer Support Executive
to handle customer queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience through calls, emails, or chat support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Problem-solving and active listening skills
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills
Experience in BPO / Call Center / Voice Process
Knowledge of US/UK process or domestic process
Multilingual candidates preferred
