Assist guests by answering their questions and guiding them about available games and services.
Address customer concerns calmly and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Explain ticketing process, token usage, and game rules clearly to guests.
Ensure all safety guidelines and service standards set by the management are strictly followed.
Maintain a positive atmosphere and provide excellent customer experience at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
Age Group:
18 to 32 years
Gender:
Open for Male & Female (as per organizational requirement)
Communication:
Must be fluent in Hindi and the local language
Personality Requirements:
Presentable and well-groomed
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly
Energetic with a positive attitude
Work Conditions:
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Shift Timings:
11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
01:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Compensation:
?14,000 per month
