Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via
chat and email
promptly and professionally.
Respond to product, order, and service-related questions with accuracy and clarity.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer interactions.
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure queries are closed to the customer's satisfaction.
Resolve complaints efficiently or escalate to relevant teams when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide complete resolutions.
Work in the night shift and manage queries effectively during assigned hours remotly.
Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Requirements:
Pursuing Bachelor's / Completed
Open to
freshers
with strong communication skills
Ability to work in the
night shift
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of e-commerce preferred
Must be based in
Nagpur
