We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Care Executive

to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across various platforms (calls, emails, chats, etc.). The ideal candidate will resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues, escalating complex queries as required. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to maintain brand consistency. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns promptly.
