Role Objective

This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who enjoys fieldwork, interacting with people, and growing a local business. You will be responsible for:

Pickup and drop of laundry from customer locations On-ground marketing to generate brand awareness Acquiring 2,500 customers in your assigned local area Promoting Clean Ezy through events, flyers, roadshows, posters, etc.
Key Responsibilities? 1. Pickup & Drop (Customer Service)

Visit customer homes for laundry collection and delivery Ensure timely and courteous doorstep service Track payments, service issues, and customer feedback Represent the brand professionally in the field
? 2. On-Ground Marketing & Promotion

Distribute flyers in apartments, streets, and local shops Paste posters in permitted public & society spaces Organize mini-events, stalls, and demos in societies Host roadshows with banners, standees & awareness campaigns Build local visibility through printed material and small displays Partner with local stores for cross-promotions and lead collection
? 3. Lead Generation & Customer Onboarding

Generate leads through direct interaction and field activities Convert leads to active customers using company offers and scripts Maintain a customer database for follow-ups (via WhatsApp/calls) Promote referral programs and collect feedback
Performance Target

Goal: Acquire and regularly service 2,500 customers from your local area.
You'll be tracked on:

Daily/weekly flyer distribution No. of society events & roadshows held Leads generated and customers converted Delivery quality and customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?10,600.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
