Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Adhere to company processes, policies, and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in a customer service role (preferred).
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of the
English language
(both verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently while working from home.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling international customers.
