To efficiently ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards and achieving customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the store and brand for all service-related issues.
Receive service watches from stores and escalate concerns to the respective brands.
Record and update service details in the system for tracking and escalation.
Follow up with brands to ensure timely completion of pending services.
Assist the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in maintaining the customer database.
Coordinate and manage logistics for the transfer of service watches.
Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Service Manager.
