We are looking for a

friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant

to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience through timely support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally Provide information about services, products, or processes Resolve customer issues and escalate when required Maintain customer records and update databases/CRM Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Maintain service quality and response standards
Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification Good verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools) Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills

Prior experience in customer service or support roles Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong interpersonal skills
